Next Day 24/48hr delivery service on all orders placed before 12pm MONDAY-THURSDAY.

Minimum Order weight 10kg (we cannot guarantee frozen state of products under this weight) - Orders under 10kg will be automatically be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE DOGGY ICE CREAMS, FROZEN YOGURTS & ICED TREATS WILL NOT BE SENT NATIONWIDE WITHOUT THE MINIMUM ORDER OF 10KG OF OTHER FROZEN PRODUCTS.
DUE TO THESE BEING A FAST DEFROSTING ITEM WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF THESE ITEMS ARRIVE DEFROSTED - SHIPPING FROZEN YOGURTS & ICED TREATS IS AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN RISK - WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE.

Maximum weight 99kg (any order requiring more than this weight please contact us before placing the order or the order will be automatically cancelled).

 We use APC next day before 4pm delivery service. 

Once it leaves us, APC are in control of your parcel and reserve the right to deliver within 48hours, in busier times. We cannot always guarantee next day delivery.

The cost for this service is:

10kg to 24kg = £9.95

25kg to 49kg = £13.95

50kg to 74kg = £19.95

75kg to 99kg = £25.95

PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A REFRIGERATED SERVICE – your product may start slightly defrosting.  We pack your goods in quality wool liners with ice packs and it leaves us deep frozen.  You will be given a 2 hour time slot by APC, it is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your order. Perfectly Pawsome will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of you not being in to take delivery.

THERE IS NO DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS. (Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday if a Bank Holiday on the Monday).

We offer free local delivery on orders Monday to Friday as follows:

Minimum spend of £20.00 required for local delivery excluding delivery charges.

over £30 up to 10 miles of MK43 8LD (under £30 will incur a £3.50 delivery charge)

over £40 from 10 miles up to 15 miles of MK43 8LD (under £40 will incur a £5.25 delivery charge)

 

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day, unless otherwise stated & 

will be personally delivered by us to your door in a safe & friendly manner.

Payment required for local delivery orders before 12pm on day of delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

Our Click and Collect (Pick Up) service is available Monday to Saturday between 9am & 4.30pm.

Orders are normally ready to collect the same day, please leave your contact details on checkout page, you will be notified once order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please contact us via phone 07850945994 or email sian@perfectlypawsome.co.uk before placing an international order. We will quote for your shipping within 24 hours. If you are happy with the quote we will then process the order.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the right, as per The Consumer Act, to an exchange or refund. 

PLEASE NOTE: we do not take returns on frozen or chilled goods unless faulty.

We personally pick, pack and deliver your orders and do our upmost to deliver the correct goods undamaged. However mistakes and accidents can happen. 

By law you have 14 days to notify us from when you receive your order. You can notify us by phone 07850945994, email sian@perfectlypawsome.co.uk

You will be responsible (including any shipping fees) to return the products back to us within the required 14 days and we will then either replace or issue a refund.  

All returned products must be returned in the same condition you received them in.  If change of mind on an item -  not what expected or no longer required, please return unopened, sealed, with undamaged packaging.
